(The following is an email from Jennie Morsch) It is with a very heavy heart that I'm writing to tell you of the passing of our dear friend. Judy passed away Thursday afternoon. She had ALS, commonly know as Lou Gehrig's disease. Visitation and the service will be at Gwen Mooney Funeral Home at Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation for Judy will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, February 12th in Room D. Visitation will also be held on Saturday, February 13th from 10 a.m. until noon in the Chapel. The memorial service for Judy will begin at noon. A gathering of her family and friends will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, Bob is requesting donations to ALS in Judy’s name. Update - Sunday, Feb, 7thTo the many friends of Judy Cowie, Bob is overwhelmed with emails that he has received concerning his beautiful wife Judy. To help him through this difficult time, we would like to consolidate our thoughts and memories in a single site. Well folks here is the short scoop on Seminar. Lou is currently putting together the Seminar letter which will contain more detailed information. Those letters will go out in this coming weeks mail. You should be receiving via snail mail, the Sam Oram award ballot as well. You have two methods to cast your vote this year. You may return your ballot via snail mail or you can do it right here on the website. The ballot to vote through the website will not be activated until Friday the 22nd of January and you will need to sign in to view the ballot and to vote. Once you have signed in you will see on the right side of the home page in the LEC Documents and Files block "Sam Oram Award". Just click to open.
